Infinity Bliss uses SimplyBook.me as a technology platform to manage online bookings.
When you make a booking through the system integrated on our website, the data necessary to process it is handled via the SimplyBook.me platform.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation, Infinity Bliss acts as the data controller of its customers’ data and SimplyBook.me acts as a data processor under the terms set out in its Data Processing Agreement.
SimplyBook.me may use sub-processors and carry out certain international data transfers under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where necessary.

4. Booking-related communications
